  Cooking with Niharika 

Hello there!

My name is Niharika, and I like to cook. Here on my blog, you'll find recipes for cupcakes, cookies, cakes and so much more!🧁🎂🍪

To start, here is a mini brownie recipe:


Ingredients)----->

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • Some chocolate chips/chopped chocolate/nuts (optional)
Making the batter----->


1. Take a microwave safe bowl --> add some milk and sugar --->mix until the sugar is dissolved🥣

2. Add the melted butter and the vanilla extract --->mix well🥣

3. Add the flour (maida), cocoa powder, and baking powder

4. Mix until you don't see any lumps left (it must be a smooth batter)

5. Add in the nuts/chocolate chips/chopped chocolate in the batter ---> mix again 

{you can also add the toppings on the top of the batter [but don't mix] so that when the brownie is baked, you can them from the top}


Baking time------>
 
 1. Place the bowl in the microwave.
 2. Turn it on for 60 - 80 seconds.
 3.Check on the brownie when the timer hits 60 seconds.
 
IMP: {Check on the brownie by poking a hole [with a toothpick]. If the toothpick comes clean, your brownie is done! If not, then wait 10-15 seconds before checking again}.

Do Not Overcook The Brownie!

Once the brownie is baked, you can add some ice cream or chocolate syrup!
